Kate Jopson - Director/Producer

Kate grew up in the woods of Northern California where she cultivated a passion for art from a young age. While studying Anthropology and Arabic in Egypt she observed theatre’s transformative power and went on to get an MFA in Theatre Directing. As the Artistic Director of Circle X Theatre Co., she championed new plays and earned acclaim for directing theatrical productions in historic and natural spaces. Her film career includes short films like “Protect and Serve” and “The Web Opera” (accepted to over 30 festivals). She also directs English-language dubs for platforms like Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, and HBOmax, and runs a thriving YouTube channel focused on succulents.


Tunde Skovran - Producer

Tunde started her career as a repertoire actress at the Hungarian State Theater in Cluj, Romania where she starred in over 30 productions and garnered national and international awards. Her first documentary feature WHO I AM NOT was developed as part of the dok.incubator program, premiered at SXSW, and received awards at the Krakow Film Festival, Thessaloniki Festival, and Frameline47 and appeared at DocNYC, Docedge, TIFF:Cluj, CPH:DOX, Zinegoak, and the Sydney Film Festival among others. Tunde is a co-founder and owner of Voxx Studios, a Los Angeles-based post-production company.


Dana Fytelson - Cinematographer - Associate Producer

Dana work spans music videos, TV series, commercials, narrative, and documentary films. Her films have been screened at dozens including the Austin Film Festival, Pasadena International Film Festival, Los Angeles Women's International Film Festival, Santa Monica Film Festival, and the London Lesbian Film Festival. She won Best Cinematogra- phy for the short film “To The Moon and Back” (The Golden Hour Film Festival) and the genre-bending series “The Web Opera” (Redwood Film Festival). As a member of IATSE Local 600 she’s worked for HBO, Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon. MFA- Cinematography, Florida State University; BA- American University.


Joe Goodman - Producer

Joe is an Emmy award-winning Director and Producer based in Nashville, TN.  Previously, he was at WBGU-TV, a PBS affiliate in Ohio where he directed documentaries, TV Shows, and live events. In New York City, he contributed to projects for CBS, NBC, MTV, VH1, and the NBA. Currently, he’s crafting stories for major international brands in the US, Mexico, and Europe.



Stephanie Williams - Editor

Stephanie has cut documentaries, narrative     shorts, web series, talk shows, and commercials.     A former musician, she brings a refined pacing to her work. Her latest documentary short, "The River  is Me,” premiered at Meet the Press Film Festival  and was featured in The Atlantic. She was an associate editor for "Braking for Whales" (2019, Hulu) and a post coordinator on "Guardians of the    Galaxy, Vol. 2" and "Phantom Thread.”



Joseph Valdez - Writer

Is a writer, actor, and educator based in Los Angeles. Joseph participated in the inaugural Indigenous Writer’s Collaborative at Oregon Shakespeare Festival and was featured in American Theatre Magazine’s Role Call: People to Watch. Joseph has written three award-winning short films, Blacked Out, Fighting Past, and When the West Was Young.  His latest play Warrior’s Blood was developed with The Vagrancy Theatre’s Playwright’s group and is a finalist for the Eugene O’Neill Theatre Center’s National Playwrights Conference. Other plays include: Little Big Joe The Bug Squasher (2015 Hollywood Fringe Festival), Timestop (Autry National Center of the American West, La Jolla Playhouse, and semifinalist for the 2016 Bay Area’s Playwright Festival). Joseph’s other plays include American Intervention (2021), and Totem Boy (Native Voices’ 4th Annual Short Play Fest). Acting credits include: Pure Native by Vickie Ramirez (Native Voices at the Autry), Hole in the Sky by Octavio Solis (Circle X Theatre Co.), Fixed by Boni B. Alvarez (Echo Theatre Company), Macbeth (Vagrancy at Shakespeare Center of Los Angeles), and The Memory Stick by Donal O’Kelly (San Jose Stage).
